Omg! Keith Collins was amazing as well as his crew. He knew what was expected and made sure of every detail. The crew worked so hard in the heat. I would definetly refer them to family n friends. I would prefer Keith and crew, his managerial skills were right on.They also did our siding. The company was awesome. Thank you so much we love the turn out and there personalities. Awesome Job!

I am so happy we chose Perimeter Roofing. We had a full roof and gutter replacement plus gutter guards added. Gabriel went above and beyond at the initial inspection. He was thorough and very informative. Jeff kept in contact during the installation and was very informative and understanding with my questions. The communication during the process was outstanding. The whole team Gabriel, Jeff, Miha and Caroline made this a pleasant experience. We are pleased with the quality and workmanship. The price was reasonable. I would highly recommend this company!

Perimeter Roofing and Exteriors did an outstanding job on our recent roof replacement. Gabriel provided one of the most thorough estimates we received and took the time to clearly communicate and answer all of our questions. Miah kept us well informed regarding the anticipated start date, which was greatly appreciated. Jeff, the project manager, was exceptional. He reached out the day before to explain the process and set expectations, and he kept us posted throughout the day of the project. The crew was professional and efficient, completing the entire job in a single day. Overall it was a seamless experience, and I would confidently recommend Perimeter Roofing and Exteriors to others.

From top to bottom Perimeter Roofing was great! First off, their price was fair. Not the lowest of the 5 estimates we got, but very fair. Initially it was Gabriel helping me out with some venting concerns I had for the house, he was patient and knowledgeable. Jeff, who ran our project was excellent at his communication on some minor changes & updating me on progress. Finally, Miha's texts kept me informed on material delivery and billing. Lastly, I'll say their billboard advertising worked. Like I said, I got 5 estimates and yes Gabe pushed it over the finish line, but the advertising was great on Hwy 460. Most roofing billboards look like a NASCAR advertisement, Perimeter Roofing's made me think of Family. Thank you Perimeter Roofing!

The these guys can in completely professional, on time and completed the roofing with excellent quality. They fixed some underlying problems with a change order also. Waiting on the next phase...I will add more when that is done. Very happy with what has been done so far. The windows and soffits have now been installed, and the contract is now completed. I am very happy with the work done.

We had an issue with a dead valley on our roof that was allowing water in. Zach and Jeremy came out for an assessment of the situation in a timely manner. They were thorough during the assessment and explained the roof repair in detail. Communication was great and the work they did was even better. Fit and finish is top notch on the repair. We’d recommend them for any and all roofing needs.

Perimeter put a roof on for us in September of 25 (we moved to Lynchburg in August) and it’s now January of 26 so far we have no Leaks and the roof looks Great!! I wanted an attic fan installed and I told Gabriel (salesman from perimeter) that I would wire it up well I had a small problem with the fan after I wired it up it so Jeff the foreman for the roof install ask a manager experienced in electrical to check it out. He came out found the problem and in 2 minutes it was working and no charge for the drive out or his time. I appreciate the professionalism and get er done attitude Perimeter has and a job done right the 1st time!! We’re also in need of windows and to wrap the wood trim on our house so my 1st Estimate is Perimeter Roofing. I had 3 estimates for my roof and Perimeter was in the middle of the 3 estimates I went with them because all the boxes on my list were checked for getting it done the right way! We had water come in during a storm. I called one morning, Philip came out the next afternoon. He was able to explain the situation and offer a remedy that same day! We were thrilled that our 20 year old roof still had some life in it and did not need to be replaced. Philip explained where we are in the life of our roof and educated us on next steps. We were very pleased with the response time and communication from Perimeter Roofing.

I have nothing but great things to say about Perimeter Roofing. I originally had my roof replaced with another roofing company in the Lynchburg area, and after only 3 years the shingles started getting ripped off by high winds. I called Perimeter Roofing and they scheduled me an appointment just a few days out. Then, right before they were supposed to come out, one of their roofers got injured in a car accident. Then one of the owners, Philip, quickly stepped in and came out to my house. Not only did he immediately give me a reasonable and accurate estimate on the price, he went up there, fixed it, and corrected the mistakes the original roofers made. All this while taking time to: be respectful of my property, do it safely, and have a very meaningful conversation with me as I watched. He did the job right. My only regret is that we didn’t hire these guys 3 years ago when we were getting our roof replaced. But now I know an exceptional company for all my roofing, siding, window, and gutter needs. Thank you and it was a pleasure!

Working with Perimeter Roofing was a very positive experience. Philip came out to my home and spent time determining exactly where my roof was leaking. I needed a new roof and a detailed quote arrived quickly. Throughout the process they communicated well. I knew exactly how to prepare for the work, when materials would be delivered and the date of service. They also cleaned up well. I would recommend using Perimeter Roofing.

We cannot say enough great things about this company and Philip Pantana. We had a great experience and received same day service on our roof repair. Philip was extremely professional, thorough, and explained things well. He assessed our roof, explained what was found, went back up to repair, and came back down to review the repair including before and after photos. We would absolutely recommend them for any of your roofing needs!!

Philip was very responsive and came on the next available dry day to inspect my roof and assess any repairs needed. After the inspection he gave me an itemized list plus costs of all that he suggested doing as well as a few services he could provide while on the roof. After giving the go-ahead on all that I wanted done, he worked and finished it all the same day, working well past dark and in the cold. Would definitely recommend.

Had a wonderful experience with window installation and exterior home painting with Perimeter Roofing. Matt was great to work with on quotes and communication on job progress. Did a great job on the paint and windows. Would highly recommend I feel like I have a brand new home
